Shanna has been tutoring since her junior year in high school. She is now an honors student at UCI getting her undergraduate degree in finance. She is an in home math and English tutor for the cities of Irvine, Newport Beach, Laguna Hills, Laguna Woods, and Lake Forrest.

As a 20 year old Shanna is great at connecting with the younger kids for grade and middle school. She tutors all subjects at these levels. FOr high school and college she tutors math through all algebra levels and geometry. She is a Lake Forrest math and English tutor and will also travel to the cities mentioned above for lessons.

Shanna has a somewhat shy personality and is very patient and gentle. SHe enourages each student she works with by using lots of positive feedback and encouraging words. She is not the tutor you are looking for if you need someone to be very strict or a "drill seargent" type. If your student is struggling to understand concepts and the teacher simply is not explaining it well she is a great choice.

Shanna's rate is $35 to $40 per hour.
